About The Position

We are looking for a professional who enjoys being out in the field and meeting business owners face-to-face. While our core focus is Payroll, we believe in being a total resource for our clients. A huge part of this role is building referral partnerships with people you trust enough to refer to your own clients-including CPAs, insurance agents, bankers, and benefits specialists. You're not just selling a service; you're helping local businesses grow by connecting them with the right partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Track record of hitting sales goals.
  • Local knowledge of the area.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot).
