About The Position

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the Denver market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B prospecting and relationship building. Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the multi-family industry.
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Word.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Denver area.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of flooring products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales growth and develop new customer relationships in the multi-family market.
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Present flooring products and installation services, helping customers choose solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide pricing, floor plans, and essential details for onboarding new customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct job site inspections and share insights with the operations team.
  • Keep the sales office and sample showroom organized.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
