About The Position

We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. This is not an order-taking role. We’re looking for someone who can: build relationships, identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, manage complex sales conversations, and consistently close deals. You’ll play a direct role in expanding the company’s client base while managing a robust pipeline and building long-term client partnerships. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the complete sales process: prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiations, closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
  • Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client pain points and business objectives.
  • Position tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention throughout the relationship lifecycle.
  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Develop customized sales strategies based on market and client needs.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain organized CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Use sales insights and reporting to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff after closing.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and offerings.
  • Support junior team members when needed through collaboration and guidance.
