About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Account Executive to join our team and drive sales within the US market. This remote position requires a strong understanding of the IT services or technology solutions industry, with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be adept at building client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating contracts. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, specifically within the IT services or technology solutions industry.
Proven sales track record with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
Strong time-management, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
Candidates based in the Eastern United States, with a strong preference for candidates located in New York.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
Implement effective online and offline lead-generation strategies to identify, engage, and nurture potential customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology services and solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management while effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Develop short- and long-term sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
Attend relevant industry and services conferences to build relationships, identify opportunities, and stay informed about market developments.
