About The Position

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to help drive revenue growth, close deals, and expand our impact within the legal industry. We are looking for a sales professional who wants to help us reach the next level of revenue we are targeting. Legal Marketing continues to be one of the fastest-growing segments of marketing spend. Spotlight Marketing & Branding is looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow our revenue by helping successful law firm owners find the right marketing solutions for their firms. This is NOT Your Average Sales Job. We exist to help legal professionals stand out in crowded, competitive markets. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth
Close deals
Expand our impact within the legal industry
Help successful law firm owners find the right marketing solutions for their firms
Understand a one-call-close sales process and the art of intentional follow-up
Understand consultative sales in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
Communicate with attorneys, law firm owners, and other professional-service business owners
Use CRM as a strategic tool to drive decisions and sales
Follow a proven sales process
Communicate professionally with your team, peers, and leadership
Take ownership, move quickly, and be accountable for results
