About The Position

Reach Social is an official TikTok Shop Partner and one of the fastest-growing TikTok Shop agencies in the US, servicing 7-9 figure household brands. Our ambition is to become the most sought-after social commerce partner/service provider in the market. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a driven and ambitious team, participating in the next generation of commerce and digital marketing. We specialize in building repeatable creator systems that drive real GMV by combining affiliate strategy, creator relationships, merchandising, and content insight.

This role begins in sales support and progresses to owning the entire sales process. You will learn how we sell, who we sell to, and what makes a great client for Reach. Over time, you will be responsible for managing the sales process independently. This is an ideal path for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and aspire to be the person closing deals. No prior sales experience is required; drive and a commitment to learning are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own sales admin: CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow-up sequences, scheduling calls
• Shadow the founder on every sales call — learn the pitch, handle objections, understand the close
• Help improve our outreach and lead generation process
• Run discovery calls independently with founder coaching
• Own the top of the funnel end-to-end
• Begin moving prospects through the pipeline without hand-holding
• Close deals independently
• Own the sales pipeline with minimal founder involvement
• Help build out the sales playbook for future hires
