About The Position

Dolphin/Key Transportation is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales & Account Executive to join their Miami team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and managing an established portfolio of accounts throughout the South Florida market. The position is ideal for someone with experience selling into various sectors including Corporate Travel, Hotels & Resorts, Meetings & Events, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Corporate Accounts, Travel Advisors, the Cruise Industry, Entertainment & Sports, and Luxury Lifestyle Markets.

Requirements

  • Outside sales or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate new business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, transportation, travel, luxury services, or B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Zoho experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Miami market.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Attend networking events, industry associations, trade shows, and community events.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and account activity.
