About The Position

Trolley House Refreshments, the convenience services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is seeking a full-time Salad & Sandwich Associate. This role involves preparing ingredients, assembling salads, sandwiches, sides, and desserts, packaging them for retail sale, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The position requires adherence to food safety rules and involves early morning shifts.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen language
• Neat and professional appearance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 Years of Food Prep Experience
• Conversational Spanish

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
• Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
• Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
