About The Position

The IAM Practice Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for executing and delivering enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The position combines leadership with hands-on technical execution, including defining strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to architecture and implementation. The architect stays close to the work while driving alignment, decisions, and successful delivery across complex IAM programs. The role owns delivery and architectural outcomes for IAM engagements from strategy through implementation and operational transition. It leads teams of engineers, analysts, and delivery stakeholders, makes and defends technical decisions, aligns business objectives and security requirements with technical solutions, and maintains accountability for scope, quality, risk, and delivery success. The architect leads IAM programs across multiple workstreams; designs solutions spanning IGA, PAM, Access Management, Federation, and CIAM; and provides solution-design, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance. The role advises clients on IAM strategy, governance, and transformation, translates business needs into architectures and roadmaps, leads discovery and workshops, and mentors technical teams. This is a permanent, fully remote position based out of Dallas, Texas.
