About The Position

This role is heavily focused on implementation and development activities inside SailPoint IIQ, including connector customization, workflow development, Java and BeanShell rule development, provisioning lifecycle management, and troubleshooting complex onboarding and aggregation issues. The ideal candidate is an execution-oriented IIQ developer who actively performs hands-on development, configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting within SailPoint environments on a daily basis. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Design, develop, customize, and troubleshoot SailPoint workflows, provisioning rules, lifecycle events, approval processes, and integrations
  • Develop and maintain custom Java and BeanShell-based SailPoint rules and logic
  • Configure, customize, extend, and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors and application integrations
  • Troubleshoot aggregation failures, schema discovery issues, entitlement synchronization problems, provisioning failures, and rule execution errors
  • Perform entitlement analysis, access modeling, role mapping, and identity correlation activities
  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between SailPoint and enterprise systems
  • Support deployment, testing, migration, and production troubleshooting activities
  • Create reusable onboarding standards, integration patterns, and implementation documentation
  • Support access certification, RBAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle governance processes
  • Collaborate with application owners and engineering teams to support onboarding and access automation initiatives
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and technical mentoring activities
