Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years or older.
Experience working with children.
Previous sailing experience.
Must be able to swim.
Exposure to extreme summer temperatures and water.
Lift 20-50 pounds independently. Lift 50-300 pounds as a group.
Climb in and out of a small sailboat.
Lift self from water into small sailboat without assistance.
Pass criminal background check.
Pass CPR and First Aid Training
JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
