About The Position

This Med/Surg RN position is located at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, MA on the St. Mary's Unit. This day shift position is full-time at 36 hours per week. The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes. Requirements

  • Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program
  • Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served
  • Ability to analyze data, to synthesize and summarize information and to make judgements regarding patient care
  • Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • MA RN license
  • BLS required (Some departments require ACLS or PALS)

Nice To Haves

  • BSN strongly preferred
