About The Position

The SafetyNet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the services of the program are maintained in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. The SafetyNet Supervisor will oversee the coordination of domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect services to victims of domestic violence and their children. This includes, but is not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and the provision of a safe and caring therapeutic environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in human services field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years in related field, including one (1) year in a supervisory role.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
  • Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing clinical outreach preferred.
  • Clinical licensure preferred.
  • National Provider Identification Number (NPI) preferred
  • State of Florida Medicaid Provider Number preferred
  • Qualified Clinical Supervisor preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff, independent contractors, interns, and volunteers in delivering trauma-informed services to victims of family violence and families in need of psychoeducational support.
  • Oversee program operations including intake assessments, safety planning, biopsychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge coordination to ensure high-quality client care.
  • Provide leadership in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff development, and corrective action processes for assigned team members.
  • Deliver and oversee individual, group, and family therapy services, crisis intervention counseling, intensive case management, and advocacy support for clients and their children.
  • Partner with courts, community agencies, and legal stakeholders to advocate for client safety, coordinate services, and provide expert testimony when required.
  • Monitor program compliance with licensing, regulatory, contractual, and internal documentation standards while supporting Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships, resource networks, and funding collaborations to strengthen family violence prevention and support services.
