Our teams operate in dynamic environments that require a strong commitment to workplace safety, food safety, guest safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking a Safety Support Manager for Aramark Destinations, supporting operations predominately in the Central to Western U.S. The Safety Support Manager will coordinate efforts targeting a holistic approach to assist the organization with implementation of safety and risk control programs, processes, and procedures to protect people, property, the environment, and company assets. This position will function as a strategic operational support generalist to enhance safety and risk process improvements. This role will function as a key point of contact for addressing operational needs as they relate to occupational safety, food safety & sanitation, guest safety, and environmental compliance, as well as employee training and support for execution of all Aramark safety processes and procedures (SAFE Management System). Training and coaching of location management teams and staff is a primary function of this role. This position will require travel across supported Destinations operations, with additional travel as needed to support operations, new business mobilizations, or significant events.
