About The Position

Requirements

• Interaction with front line supervision and the hourly workforce.
• Monitoring and strengthening compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
• Accompanying Federal and/or State inspectors.
• Investigating accidents and incidents.
• Collecting Respirable Dust Samples or other health related.
• Conducting Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and education to front-line supervision and the hourly workforce to achieve and maintain compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
• Work as an integral member of site management to monitor and strengthen compliance with Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
• Represent site management while accompanying Federal and/or State inspectors and initiate appropriate actions as warranted and convey the results of the inspection to management.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Strengthen the understanding and adherence to Warrior Met Coal Safety Policies, federal and state mining laws.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and correct undesired behaviors.
• Accompany Federal or State Inspectors during their inspections.
• Perform site visits and audits.
• Collect Respirable Dust Samples or other health related.
• Conduct Training.
