About The Position
The Safety Specialist will be responsible for organizing safety training for employees, reporting problems to management, and conducting weekly safety audits on job sites. This role involves researching and implementing new materials handling processes, analyzing accident reports, evaluating injuries, and preparing and conducting safety training sessions for employees and vendors. The position also requires reviewing injury and incident inquiries and evaluations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Requirements
- Experience in construct and/or tree industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years’ experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry
- Must meet I-9 requirements
- Selected candidates without CTSP Certification will be required to obtain Pesticide License Cat 6
- Certification in all Company training modules
- Pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job

- CTSP Certification preferred
