About The Position

The client is located in the Amarillo, TX area and has a need for a Safety Specialist - Electrical Construction. This role involves assisting in the administration of the job site safety program, conducting walk-through inspections, identifying potential hazardous situations, compiling data, issuing entry permits, and assisting in maintaining fire protection systems for electrical high-tech construction projects. This role starts as a 6+ month contract but can be extended long-term or temp-to-hire for additional construction projects. A background check is required.

Requirements

• OSHA 30
• Minimum of 2 years of safety construction admin experience
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems
• Experience with Medium and High Voltage projects
• Electrical construction experience is a plus
