HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fayetteville, GA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction, First Aid/CRP, and NFPA 70E required
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards. Data Center experience preferred
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability

Nice To Haves

• Data Center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment
