About The Position

Onsite Safety is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Safety Service Technician role. This position offers training and a defined career path for growth. Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Proficiency with software and smartphones.
• Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment with a willingness to work until the job is complete.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of commercial construction experience
• Level 3 Safety Technician with Onsite Safety
• Experience using power tools, Lull, aerial lifts
• OSHA Certifications
• Experience with trailering and towing

Responsibilities

• Installs and removes temporary and permanent fall protection equipment with precision in accordance with OSHA, Manufacturers’ & OS standards.
• Communicate with the project manager about the progress and status of each area for which they are responsible.
• Complete additional training as required (OSHA, OS, Equipment).
• Communicate professionally with the customer.
• Convey escalated concerns from the customer to the Project Manager.
• Accurately document jobs using software, photos, recording equipment counts, and updating job status.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain safety documentation for equipment.
• Operates an assigned company vehicle in accordance with the fleet manual and state laws and inspect on a regular basis to maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
