Safety & Security Parking/Pool Attendant
About The Position
Position is primarily responsible for handling mostly patrolling parking lots and shuttle assists. This is a full-time Seasonal position which requires to work in 1st and 2nd shifts. A driver's license is required for driving both golf cart and company vehicle. This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. You may be required to work outside in high heat conditions. Requirements
- Must have a driver's license
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
- Ability to work outside in high heat conditions
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Assist with moving objects weighing more than 75 pounds
- Completed First Aid/CPR training course
Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access
- Monitor pool access gates and conduct personal items checks for guest
- Daily patrols around pool decks ensure resort policy is adhered to
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections, daily safety checks
- Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations
- Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the pool area if necessary
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties for reported incidents
- Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all safety and security documents
- Lost and Found function, includes pick up and guest inquiry
- Opening and closing of safety and security command post at pool decks; portable AC coolers, first aid items, guest items and checking pool access gates
