Responsible for enforcing all laws, rules and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living. Schedules that may be available upon hire: Split shifts, 2nd shift and Overnight shift. There is a 10% shift differential for overnight positions. 11:30pm to 8:30am. BONUS: $2000 Sign-on bonus. $1000 will be paid out on first pay period and $1000 will be paid out at 6 months of employment. IMPORTANT: Employees who receive the first installment of the sign-on bonus are required to remain employed for a minimum of six (6) months. Employees who separate from employment before completing six months of service will be required to repay the sign-on bonus received.
