We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Safety and Security Administrative Specialist to serve as the first point of contact at our corporate headquarters. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service while ensuring the security and safety of our employees, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in reception or security, customer service, or corporate office environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Managing vehicle reservations, including tracking mileage and maintaining spreadsheets for accounting purposes. Monitoring and responding to communications through the Lobby Desk email and calendar. Performing daily morning camera checks, including surveillance under the parking deck. Overseeing parking assignments for the headquarters campus. Updating, maintaining, and distributing Emergency Evacuation Rosters. Preparing and distributing New Hire Safety and Security Welcome Information via email. Assisting in drafting and distributing department notifications and advisories. Supporting the maintenance and updates of the department’s internal website. Providing general assistance with daily departmental tasks as needed.
