Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Operations, the Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the company’s safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management programs. This position is responsible for DOT and FMCSA compliance, Worker’s Compensation, OSHA and warehouse safety, fleet and driver safety, regulatory recordkeeping, safety training, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action programs. The Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager serves as the company’s primary resource for identifying safety and compliance risks, establishing consistent standards, monitoring performance, and partnering with leadership to promote a proactive culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
