About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Safety Professional for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves the construction of a large hyperscale data center. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates. The role requires owning or supporting site safety execution, audits, JHAs, incident prevention, training, compliance, and field coaching. The Safety Professional will coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. They will also be responsible for keeping project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover, and tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution. A key aspect of the role is supporting a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

Requirements

• Construction safety experience with audits, JHAs, observations, training, reporting, and incident prevention
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 or stronger safety credentials are preferred
