About The Position

The Safety Professional role is primarily responsible for providing technical safety and health-related support to DT Midstream Operations and projects personnel to foster a Safety-First culture. DT Midstream (DTM) owns and operates a diverse, integrated portfolio of midstream pipeline, storage and gathering assets, allowing us to provide a comprehensive set of midstream services to our customers across the Southern, Northeastern and Midwestern United States and into Canada. Requirements

Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety & Health
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Leve II - 3 years' experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to function in a matrix organization in which functional and business leaders have equal authority within the organization and employees report to both a functional leader and a business leader.
Desire to develop and maintain productive relationships for the purpose of strengthening the company’s safety culture.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health
Certifications (CSP, ASP, OHST, etc.)

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain existing safety & health programs, policies, and procedures.
Prepare safety-related reports and presentations.
Develop and present safety related training and educational programs.
Interact with project site personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and DTM’s expectations.
Assist in the administration of industrial hygiene-related activities.
Operate a company vehicle and use other means of travel to reach locations safely.
Provide day-to-day support for third-party inspection personnel.
Conduct Vendor safety pre-qualification analysis.
Support Operations to develop and provide pre-shutdown deliverables.
Support Operations Safety Committee.
Conduct investigations for events involving DTM and Contractor personnel.
Provide deliverables for pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
