Dohrn is seeking a Full-Time Safety Office Supervisor at our Corporate Office in Rock Island, Il! Pay ranges between $60,000-$65,000/year Hours: Monday-Friday, 9hr/day Benefits: Health/Vision/Dental insurance, 401k matching, life insurance, short/long term disability and more! Position Summary: Oversee the administrative safety task of ensuring compliance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills needed to effectively Communicate with Insurance adjuster, Legal counsel, Employees and upper management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Spreadsheets knowledge
- Detail-Oriented, analytical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to manage others and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attendance in office work
Responsibilities
- Oversee workers compensation program
- Perform post injury investigation and review
- Work within the scope of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulatory compliance
- Supervise office staff
- Perform other duties as needed
