About The Position
The Construction Safety Manager will oversee safety for the electrical contractor on a data center construction project. Our client is looking for 2 safety managers for the day and night shifts.
Requirements
- OSHA 30
- 5+ years of field construction safety experience
- Electrical construction safety
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with mechanical construction safety, particularly underground piping operations
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across multiple project sites
- Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety orientations and ongoing training for employees, subcontractors, and new hires
- Partner with project management and field teams to identify and mitigate safety risks proactively
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports, inspections, and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the project team
