About The Position

The Safety Professional will provide onsite safety oversight and support for a large-scale industrial construction project in Golden, Colorado. The project includes demolition activities, equipment installation, and new building construction associated with can line equipment and conveyance systems. This position will support a rapidly growing workforce consisting of approximately 230 onsite personnel, projected to increase to 300 workers by year-end. The site includes self-perform crews as well as multiple subcontractors operating simultaneously in a high-activity construction environment. The successful candidate will help promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with site-specific safety requirements, and support safe execution of all construction phases while minimizing risk and incident exposure.

Requirements

  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Minimum 3 Years of Construction Safety Experience
  • Experience Working in Industrial Construction Environments
  • Ability to Operate Effectively in Multi-Contractor Worksites
  • Strong Communication and Safety Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work a 60-Hour Weekly Schedule
  • Comfortable Working in Active Construction and Demolition Areas
  • Ability to Conduct Field Safety Audits and Inspections
  • Ability to Enforce Safety Standards and Site Requirements
  • Strong Observation and Hazard Recognition Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple trades and coordinating safety efforts across complex project sites is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily onsite safety oversight for construction activities
