About The Position

The Safety Manager at Safety Plus Inc. supports long-term client success by providing leadership and expertise to improve safety performance year over year. The role serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner, learning each client’s operational pressures, risk tolerance, and business objectives to develop practical, sustainable safety solutions. Using Safety Plus’s operational guidelines, the Safety Manager helps improve client safety cultures while staying within agreed service boundaries. Roughly half of travel may involve overnight stays, depending on client location and project requirements. Work combines field-based client support with office-based activities such as report writing, program reviews, compliance tracking, follow-up, and client communication.
