About The Position

Code Red Safety is seeking a Safety Manager for a significant data center construction project in Aurora, IL. The project is slated to commence in late July or early August and is expected to last for approximately 8 to 12 months. This is a contract position, and only local candidates will be considered as no per diem is offered. The role requires a strong background in construction safety management, with a preference for experience in data center environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment throughout the construction phase.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction safety management experience.
• Must have at least one of the following certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CSSS, CSST, CSHO or similar.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required.
• Knowledge of Fall Protection requirements.
• Must be able to pass a drug test & background check.

Nice To Haves

• Data Center construction experience is preferred.
