We are seeking a Safety Manager who can build a strong, accountable safety culture across a fast-paced beverage distribution operation supporting a 175-person operations team and 200-person sales organization. This role is far more than compliance administration — we need a hands-on leader who can influence behavior, coach leaders, and drive safety ownership at every level of the business. The ideal candidate brings strong OSHA and DOT fleet safety experience, but more importantly knows how to engage teams and create lasting operational discipline. This individual will lead incident investigations with a focus on meaningful root cause analysis and practical corrective actions that prevent repeat issues. Success in this role requires credibility in the field, strong relationship-building skills, and the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviors while partnering closely with operations leadership.
