About The Position
The Safety Improvement & Development Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing workplace safety standards across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing current safety protocols, identifying areas for improvement, and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate risks. Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel including formatting and document creation.
- The ability to create and deliver professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting information to large groups with clarity and confidence
- Skilled in facilitating productive discussion
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Skilled in delivering training sessions
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30 or higher safety related certificates or education strongly requested
