PWC is seeking a forward‑thinking, action‑oriented Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager who will champion a culture where safety, environmental stewardship, compliance, and operational excellence are deeply embedded in everyday work. This role has enterprise-wide influence and directly shapes how our Water Resources and Electric Utility divisions prevent incidents, protect employees, safeguard the community, and deliver reliable public services. The EHS Manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that support strategic priorities. This includes building a strong safety culture, driving behavioral change, engaging employees at all levels, and ensuring consistent compliance with OSHA, EPA, NESC, NFPA, DOT, FMCSA, and other regulatory standards. The position oversees a small team of SHE professionals and manages contractors supporting compliance, environmental programs, and specialized safety functions. This role is also responsible for certain elements of the organizations emergency preparedness and response planning, incident/spill response, annual compliance inspections, policy and procedure development, incident investigations and root cause analysis, and oversight of the Workers Compensation Program. The EHS Manager proactively collaborates with Organizational leaders to anticipate risks, identify gaps, and ensure that safe work practices/training are consistent, sustainable, and measurable.
