About The Position
AECOM Hunt has an opportunity for an experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, TX. Under minimal supervision, this role manages, develops, and implements ES&H programs. The supervisor will also oversee Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s). The position requires a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills, working closely with subcontractors, owners, and other team members to ensure a culture of safety.
Requirements
- BA/BS Occupational Safety or relevant curriculum and 6 years of demonstrated experience in construction safety or AA/AS and 8 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- OSHA 30
- 6+ years of construction safety experience.
- Experience in investigating workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and preparing detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Experience with OCIP and CCIP.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
