We are a licensed and insured certified WBE firm. With more than 160,000 square feet of heated indoor production space at each facility and locations in GA, AL, OK and OH, we are built for scale. Our production capacity, grit recycling systems, climate-controlled environments, and experienced crews allow us to execute complex structural steel projects safely, efficiently, and at volume. Position Summary: The Safety Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing companywide safety, health, and environmental (HSE) programs. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, Georgia state requirements, and industry best practices specific to industrial painting, sandblasting, steel fabrication, and coating operations. The Safety Director proactively promotes a strong safety culture across all job sites and facilities while reducing incidents, injuries, and regulatory risk.
