About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Safety Coordinator to support workplace safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This position works closely with employees and leadership to promote safe work practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a strong culture of safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety, EHS, OSHA compliance, hazard identification, and manufacturing operations. Candidates with experience as a Safety Coordinator, Safety Specialist, EHS Coordinator, Environmental Health and Safety Technician, or Industrial Safety Professional are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in safety, EHS, OSHA compliance, hazard identification, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience as a Safety Coordinator, Safety Specialist, EHS Coordinator, Environmental Health and Safety Technician, or Industrial Safety Professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientations and ongoing safety training.
• Promote safe work practices and employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in and support safety meetings and awareness programs.
• Manage PPE programs and maintain first aid supplies.
• Perform facility safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Support internal and external safety audits.
• Maintain safety records, training documentation, and OSHA logs.
• Identify workplace hazards and track corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety and reduce risk.
• Partner with leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture.
