The Safety Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting a safe and compliant work environment across Starr Electric Company projects. This position is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to SEC's Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, as well as all relevant State and Federal regulations. The Safety Coordinator proactively delivers and identifies safety training, monitors compliance with construction safety standards, and fosters strong professional relationships with clients to uphold SEC's reputation for safety excellence. Success in this role requires a collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Safety Coordinator must be adaptable to changing priorities and adapt accordingly to tight deadlines, consistently demonstrating a positive, professional attitude.
