About The Position

We're seeking a Safety Coordinator (Electrical) to support one of our trusted clients delivering electrical construction projects with a strong focus on safety and compliance. This organization prioritizes field-driven safety programs and empowers team members to take ownership of jobsite conditions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment. Objective Drive safety performance across active electrical construction sites by supporting compliance, reinforcing safe work practices, and implementing structured safety processes in the field.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical construction environments
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
• Background in field safety with hands-on jobsite experience
• Knowledge of EHS standards and safety compliance practices
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E and electrical safety protocols
• Experience supporting safety audits and inspections
• Ability to implement and reinforce safety processes in active jobsite environments

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards
• Support implementation and enforcement of safety programs and procedures across field operations
• Monitor field activities and coach teams on safe work practices and hazard recognition
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident tracking
• Collaborate with project teams to address risks and improve overall safety performance
