About The Position

JP Mascaro & Sons, a growing private family-owned company, is seeking a Safety Compliance Specialist, Monitoring and Analytics for its Corporate Headquarters in Audubon, PA. This is a fully onsite, full-time position. The role involves conducting live monitoring and transactional reviews, communicating safety concerns to leadership, assessing compliance with policies and laws, managing the LYTX system, and analyzing data to support safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Junior Data Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in Safety
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous LYTX software experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, and accuracy are a must.
  • Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to recognize and meet deadlines
  • Experience with computers and scheduling
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient skills related to Microsoft Office software products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a solutions and service industry or transportation industry.
  • Experience with construction software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conducting live monitoring and leading transactional reviews independently.
  • Accurately and thoroughly communicate safety concerns and infractions to General Managers and other senior leadership as necessary as well as ensure coaching is being completed timely and accurately.
  • Review infractions assessing compliance with current policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal laws.
  • Manage the LYTX system, documenting findings, tracking status of open issues until closure, and providing training to new team users.
  • Educate leadership on changes in local, state and federal laws, ordinances and requirements
  • Develop training materials as needed for LYTX.
  • Research and analyze data to draw valid conclusions related to safety.
  • Independently leads in-depth analytical projects with minimal supervision.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for other team members, helping to foster growth and understanding within the team.
  • Confidently leads and presents results of analysis and recommendations in senior level discussions.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned
