Safety Program Support Assist the EHS Manager with the development, implementation, and maintenance of workplace safety programs and procedures. Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments as directed. Support tracking and reporting of safety metrics, incidents, corrective actions, and compliance trends. Maintain and organize safety documentation, including OSHA logs, training records, and EHS-related policies and procedures. Support emergency response planning, drills, and overall preparedness activities. Training Coordination Schedule, organize, and track employee training sessions, certifications, and renewal requirements. Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, manuals, and digital content. Monitor and report on training attendance, completion rates, and compliance needs. Work with supervisors and management to identify training requirements and opportunities. Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications related to safety and training activities. Maintain structured calendars for safety events, training cycles, and compliance deadlines. Provide general administrative support, including documentation, reporting, organization, and filing. Collaborate with leadership to support internal communication and safety-awareness initiatives. Direction & Reporting Reports directly to the Environmental Health & Safety Manager. Performs safety and training duties, tasks, and projects as assigned by the EHS Manager. Non-Essential Functions Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in safety coordination, training support, or a related administrative role preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoys engaging with employees, building relationships, and supporting a positive team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation requirements. Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards) and training processes.
