About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and detect threats before they escalate. Officers may work in security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar environments. The schedule is part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at $20 per hour.

The position includes monitoring and analyzing security systems, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and protecting people and property. Officers may collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
