About The Position

Reporting to the General Manager, the Safety and Security Manager builds and leads the security program for a 24/7 workforce accommodation hub and manages safety advisors and a hub serving more than 4,000 residents, employees, contractors, and visitors. The hub operates as a large residential campus with controlled entrances, lodging, dining and recreation facilities, parking and traffic flows, service deliveries, construction interfaces, and continuous operations. The manager is the site authority for physical-security operations and the primary security advisor to hub leadership. The role aligns contract security teams and health and safety under a common operating model, establishes post orders and escalation protocols, manages access and badging, leads incident response and investigations, and uses data to improve performance. The role oversees security operations, vendor performance, the site security plan and procedures, credentialing, traffic control, security technology, risk assessments, incident management, investigations, health, safety and environmental programs, and medical services across multiple departments. It also serves as a liaison among site management, medical personnel, external healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders. The schedule is a 16-day-on, 13-day-off rotation. The position requires regular on-site presence and travel throughout a large indoor and outdoor worksite, with an on-call rotation and occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional travel for training, vendor reviews, or business needs may be required. The posting describes a remote work model, with Dallas–Fort Worth or another Southern U.S. location preferred. U.S. health and welfare benefits are available through employee-paid or employee-contributory plans, and a 401(k) plan is offered with automatic enrollment and discretionary company matching contributions.
