This role is responsible for organizing teams to ensure efficient daily operations, acting as a Safety advocate, and promoting a "Safety First!" mindset. The coordinator will ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, help prevent injuries by detecting and correcting unsafe work practices, and conduct daily audits to ensure reliable cabin service performance. The position also involves promoting team building, coaching, and mentoring team members, assisting the management team, and setting an example for customer service delivery. Additionally, the role requires establishing and managing performance audit results, ensuring clear communication of information, and maintaining compliance with the rules and standards of G2 Secure Staff, United Airlines, and relevant regulatory agencies. The coordinator will also ensure the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), implement a station safety plan, maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues related to performance and safety, and actively participate in the Safety Management System.
