Overview The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. Responsibilities We are seeking a SAFe Agile Scrum Master to support and guide 3-4 engineering-focused product teams. This role is primarily responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating team ceremonies, and enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams. While this role is Scrum Master–focused, the ideal candidate may occasionally support or collaborate with Project Managers as needed or perform project management responsibilities such as status reporting and facilitating project status meetings with the cross functional organizations.

Requirements

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams in an engineering environment
• Strong working knowledge of Jira
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Project Management, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, Sales, Operations/IT)
• Familiarity with project scheduling, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master ensuring effective adoption of SAFe Agile practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Track and manage work using Jira, ensuring accurate backlog hygiene and reporting
• Support program-level coordination within a SAFe Agile environment
