Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior machine operation experience in commercial binding operations.
Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capabilities, and attention to visual detail.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience operating models such as SP-1000, Tempo, Primera MC, Primera Pro, ST-400, Publica Pro or similar.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate high-speed saddle stitch and binding equipment.
Review job tickets and specifications to verify trim sizes, pocket layouts, and stitch placement.
Monitor line quality continuously, making mechanical adjustments to maintain strict production standards.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine preventative maintenance.
Direct pocket feeders and general laborers working on your assigned line.
Follow workplace safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
