The representative will be responsible for managing a book of renewal business, proactively engaging customers, and executing renewals through a consultative sales motion. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. This role involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to support renewal and expansion execution and requires strong execution discipline, effective communication skills, and a working understanding of subscription sales, forecasting, and pipeline management.
