Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized SaaS Implementation Project Coordinator to take full ownership of client software implementation projects. In this role, you will be the primary lead responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will drive the entire lifecycle—from kickoff to go-live—coordinating internal resources and acting as the main point of contact for our clients. This role is critical in driving initial customer adoption and ensuring a flawless delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or coordination, specifically within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects autonomously without day-to-day supervision.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full project lifecycle for assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope; manage any changes to the project plan and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Direct internal technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure resources are aligned and tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Manage all project logistics, including scheduling client workshops, training sessions, and internal technical reviews.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients, managing expectations and building trusted relationships throughout the engagement.
  • Drive initial value by ensuring the implementation aligns with the client’s business goals.
  • Organize and facilitate client training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Explicitly manage the client relationship only for the duration of the implementation project.
  • Facilitate a structured handover to the Customer Success (CSM/CSA) or Account Management teams immediately upon project completion and sign-off.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, project plans, risk logs, and change orders.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are completed and signed off prior to closing the project.
