The Implementation Coordinator primarily acts as the project manager and main point of contact for new users as they adopt our Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. The Implementation Coordinator is the primary liaison between the client and our internal team (data services, training, and support) and will drive the delivery of our client engagements according to the agreed upon scope, time and budget—all while ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction. The Implementation Coordinator will manage multiple concurrent projects and will work with a number of resources, both internal and external. From the initiation of a client implementation through to completion, the Implementation Coordinator will be responsible to complete a new client.
