Overview Scope of Responsibilities: Provide guidance and insight during the building of new benefits, while providing top level service to ProAct clients. Work under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Job Summary: Facilitate and implement the setup and support of new ProAct client benefits for all aspects of customer service, account management, and quality assurance. Act as an internal resource for other departments for maintaining integrity of benefit designs.
