About The Position

Own the day-to-day excellence of assigned enterprise SaaS platforms. As SaaS Administrator, you will serve as the primary platform expert—responsible for administration, configuration, security, reliability, and ongoing support of the applications that power critical business processes. You will maintain deep knowledge of each platform’s capabilities while fully understanding the business workflows, users, data, integrations, and operational dependencies it supports. Working closely with business owners, Business Architecture, Technology, Security, support teams, and external vendors, you will translate approved requirements into scalable, well-controlled, and supportable configurations. Your responsibilities span the full operational lifecycle: implementing approved changes, managing roles and permissions, supporting releases and testing, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring platform health, assessing vendor releases, resolving defects and support cases, and keeping documentation accurate and current. You will also support access reviews, audit and compliance needs, business continuity activities, and the maintenance of strong administrative controls. Beyond daily administration, you will actively look for ways to simplify processes, standardize configurations, improve the user experience, reduce manual effort, and unlock greater value from existing platform capabilities. Express Employment International believes in the value of in-person collaboration to support teamwork, creativity and connection. Employees in this position are expected to work a four (4) day in-office schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely one (1) day each week, based on business and department needs.
